A More Flexible Way to Block Ads with FAB
FAB continues to improve ad blocking and browsing features. This update introduces language-specific filtering rules, screenshot reporting, and playback improvements.
A More Effective Way to Block Ads
FAB provides a built-in ad blocker for managing ads across the web, including a pop up blocker to help reduce unwanted pop-ups. It also supports private browsing for users who want a more controlled browsing experience.
The latest update adds language-specific ad-blocking rules for more flexible filtering.
Target Ads by Language
FAB now provides rule lists for all supported languages in the Ad Blocking settings.
Users can select the language they want to target, and FAB applies the corresponding rules to filter ads associated with that language.
This adds another layer of control to FAB’s built-in ad blocking, allowing users to target ads based on their browsing language. Users can also adjust these settings to add language-specific filtering for additional block coverage.

Found an Ad That Wasn’t Blocked? Send a Screenshot
As websites introduce new ad formats, some ads may not be covered by existing rules.
FAB now allows users to upload a screenshot when reporting an ad. The screenshot gives the team more information about the ad and how it appears on the page.
The FAB team continuously reviews reported ads and works on new rules and filtering improvements.
Ad appears → Report it → Upload a screenshot → FAB team investigates → Filtering is improved
Your feedback helps the team identify new ad patterns and improve ad blocking.
More Improvements in the Latest Update
Sleep Timer in Non-Fullscreen Mode
FAB now supports Sleep Timer in non-fullscreen mode. Set a time and FAB will automatically stop playing music, videos, or podcasts when the timer ends.

Audio Optimization
We continue to optimize audio based on user feedback, with a focus on improving audio compatibility when watching YouTube.
Keep Improving Ad Blocking
Ad formats and websites continue to change. FAB combines built-in ad blocking, language-specific rules, screenshot reporting, and continuous rule updates to provide a more flexible approach to managing ads while browsing.
