USER AGREEMENT OF FREE ADBLOCKER BROWSER, POWER BROWSER AND PRIVATE BROWSER

Please read these User Agreement (this “Agreement”) carefully before using the http://www.freeadblockerbrowser.com website and the Free Adblocker Browser mobile application (this “Product”) and its service (this “Service”)  operated by Rocketshield, Inc. (“Rocketshield”, “We”, “us”or “Our”).

In order to better provide you with our Products and Services, we remind you to do carefully read and fully understand this Agreement (especially the Agreement concerning exemption or limitation of liabilities, the Agreement concerning right licensing and information use, the Agreement concerning consent to enabling and use of special individual services, and the Agreement concerning governing laws and dispute resolution) before you start using this Product.In particular, important contents such as the Agreement concerning exemption or limitation of liabilities are in bold to arouse your special attention.

This Agreement shall constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rocketshield on this Product and your use of this Product. Do not use this Product unless you have read and accepted the Agreement of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, we will not be able to serve you normally. Once you use this Product, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and other agreements and rules in connection with this Agreement (including but not limited to “PRIVACY POLICY OF FREE ADBLOCKER BROWSER, POWER BROWSER AND PRIVATE BROWSER”).

This Product is not provided for minors under 16 years of age (or the minimum age required by the laws of the EU member states). Such persons’ claiming to accept the Agreement of this Agreement shall be null and void. If you are a minor meeting the above conditions, you shall, accompanied by your guardian, read the Agreement and conditions of this Agreement and use this Product with the approval of your guardian.

In order to provide free and high quality app services, we shall publish advertisements during your usage of our products. In the meantime, you still have the right to choose personalized or non-personalized ads. If you opt out seeing personalized ads, you’ll still see ads, but they’ll be less relevant.

1. Changes to this Agreement

Please note that we reserve the right to change This Agreement at any time upon notice. We may give notice by posting updated Agreement on http://www.freeadblockerbrowser.com or our Product. You can review the most current version of Agreement at any time at http://www.freeadblockerbrowser.com. The updated Agreement are binding on you on the effective date indicated in the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the Site and if, you have an Account, terminate it before the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date will constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement. You agree that you will periodically return to the Site and review the Agreement to ensure that you are familiar with the most current version of the Agreement.

2. Use of our Service

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

(i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of Rocketshield Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”;

(ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access Rocketshield Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Rocketshield servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Rocketshield grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from Rocketshield.co for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials but not caches or archives of such materials);

(iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email;

(iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running Rocketshield Service;

(v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

(vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through Rocketshield Service;

(vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from Rocketshield Service;

(viii) using Rocketshield Service for any commercial solicitation purposes;

(ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity;

(x) interfering with the proper working of Rocketshield Service;

(xi) accessing any content on Rocketshield Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by Rocketshield Service; or

(xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to Rocketshield Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of Rocketshield Service or the content therein.

We may, without prior notice, change Rocketshield Service; stop providing Rocketshield Service or features of Rocketshield Service, to you or to users generally; or create usage limits for Rocketshield Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to Rocketshield Service (including the right to cancel any hosted sites) without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement.

3. Personalized ads

All our Services are generally provided free of charge. To support our business and continue providing you with the Services for free, we will display the advertisements of select partners to you. By using our Services, you consent to the placement of such advertisements within the Services. You can always adjust your personalized ad choices in the Product’s “Settings” menu.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rocketshield.

Rocketshield, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Rocketshield, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

5. User Privacy Protection

Rocketshield is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. You can read the Privacy Policy  to learn how we handle your personal data, and the channels provided for you to access and control your personal data.

6. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Rocketshield, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Rocketshield, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rocketshield, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

(i) your Use of and access to this Product and associated services;

(ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement;

(iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or

(iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third-party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of Rocketshield Service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect. This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

11. Miscellaneous Terms

• If you continue to use this service after the terms of this Agreement are changed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes or additions, you have the right to terminate this Agreement and discontinue the use of this Product.
• If some terms of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions shall still be valid and legally binding on you and Rocketshield.
